Smily, it is a sheep head that they put in a fire and burn the wool off, then they cut the head in half to expose the brain. They then take the brain out and rub it all over the head, then cook. When done, they let cool and serve on a plate. You then eat everything, lips, tongue, cheeks, eye whites ( not the iris ), you eat until only bones are left. I ate the tongue, lips, Kaye Dawn ate the cheeks, Elder Chamberlain ate one of the eyes. Wasn't that bad.
